Catheterization Laboratories
 
The hospital's catheterization labs, also called cath labs, are organized to provide patients with maximum comfort and safety, and are equipped with advanced imaging technology that enables physicians to obtain intricate views of the heart and arteries. The comprehensive array of diagnostic testing available at the hospital helps physicians understand the nature and extent of a patient's cardiovascular concerns. The cath laboratories include cardiac, electrophysiology and peripheral suites.

Concierge Desk
 
The Concierge Desk is located at the hospital's main entrance. There you will find a compassionate and experienced staff who strives to make the hospital experience comfortable for patients, family members and friends.

Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Clinic
 
Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a leading cause of hospital readmissions. The CHF Clinic helps patients manage their heart failure in an out-patient setting, protect their remaining cardiac function, provide early detection when problems arise, and improve a patient's overall quality of life.

Designed with the comfort and convenience of patients as its top priority, the Radiology Department at Dayton Heart & Vascular Hospital offers a comprehensive array of outpatient and inpatient diagnostics imaging services to help physicians identify heart and vascular related disorders. Heart Emergency Center
 
The Heart Emergency Center provides highly specialized service for cardiac and vascular related emergencies. The center is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

HeartSaver CT
 
With the Heart Saver CT test, patients undergo a diagnostic imaging exam with an advanced CT system, also known as a CAT scanner. This scanner takes detailed X-ray images of the heart and its arteries. By using those images and computer technology, a calcium score is calculated. Operating Rooms
 
The oversized operating suites at Dayton Heart & Vascular Hospital meet the special clinical requirements to provide a variety of operative services, including the full realm of cardiovascular surgeries with the exception of transplants.

The Wound Center
 
The Wound Center at Dayton Heart and Vascular Hospital, Owned and Operated by Good Samaritan Hospital, is an outpatient treatment center dedicated to helping patients with non-healing or difficult wounds. Clinical treatments offered through the Wound Center include dressings, medications, debridement, cell therapy, transcutaneous oxygen and Doppler studies, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
