While you are here, we offer the following services to make your stay at Dayton Heart Hospital a little more comfortable for you and your family.

You can ask a barber or beautician to come to your patient room, or, with your doctors' permission, visit our in-hospital barber or beautician.

The hospital has numerous food and beverage options open to visitors and guests. Our café is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many dining options are available for individual needs. We offer short-order service along with many healthy grab-and-go options. Please refer to the posted hours . Coffee service is available at no charge 24-hours per day in the café. Vending machines and an ATM are also available in the café.

Our Meditation Room, located next to the concierge desk is open at all times. If you have spiritual needs our staff can assist in contacting a representative of your choice of faiths. Volunteers are available to help you to and from the Meditation Room.

Packages and flowers will be brought to your room. Monday through Friday. Mail is delivered once a day and will reach you faster if your room number is in the address. If packages and mail arrive after you are discharged, they will be forwarded to your home address.

You may buy daily newspapers on your floor when the volunteer makes rounds. Complementary issues of the Dayton Daily News are delivered daily. Please ask your caregiver for a copy.
